Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak shopping seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (where available)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Sundays Pantry is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has experienced an unexpected delay, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order and provide updates whenever possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review your request and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
